Our one-hour consultations are ideal for you if you are redesigning a space within your home and require some design expertise to put you on the right path.

How does it work?

We will request some information upfront which includes:

  • Photos of the space that you are re-designing
  • Please have a measuring tape to hand for the call and we can direct you as needed.

Then at our consultation, we will provide the following:

  • Overall Colour palette including paint and/or wallpaper suggestions
  • Suggested furniture layout (provision of an actual floor plan will incur an additional charge)
  • Furniture options with relevant links to purchase
  • Lighting options including relevant links to purchase
  • Other product options include mirrors, artwork, soft furnishings and décor items

Total cost of this service is €250

Please note, all one hour consultations are restricted to one hour of design time. 

Additional services will incur an hourly charge. Once you have paid you will be contacted to arrange a suitable date for your initial online consultation.



Please see estimated delivery times on each product page. Most items are delivered sooner than these times but please allow this time for delivery. If you need an item in a hurry please send an email to sarah@slouiseinteriors.com.

 

Point of delivery

Please check the contents of your delivery immediately. To ensure that all of your items are accounted for and the packaging is intact and unopened.  All risk of damage and loss becomes your responsibility at the point of delivery
If you find that your product packaging is damaged upon receipt do not accept delivery unless you are sure the product within is undamaged.

For items that are ordered in, when the items arrive into stock you will be contacted to arrange delivery. You must be available to accept delivery within one days of the item arriving in. We cannot store items for longer than this time. 

Delivery Charges

    Returns

    If you are unhappy with your purchase it is your right to return the product(s) within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund (excluding delivery costs). Certain exclusions apply, please check individual product details.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. 

     

    You are responsible for the cost of returning your items (unless the item arrives faulty, damaged or the incorrect item has been received). On furniture orders the cost occured on delivery will be excluded from the refund along with a collection cost.  We recommend using a tracked or recorded returns service as we are not responsible for lost parcels.

    Please allow 3-5 days for refunds to be processed once goods have been received. Our returns policy does not apply to Sales / Clearance items or custom made to order pieces. These items are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

    For purchases where a product is out of its packaging or the seals are broken, a restocking charge of 15% will be applied. Sarah Louise Interiors reserves the right to refuse a refund of any kind, on any item if the product is not returned in a fully re-sellable condition.

    To return an item please follow these three steps:

    Step One

    Email us at sarah@slouiseinteriors.com. Please note your order number and advise if you would like a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when returning or exchanging products and furniture. Sarah Louise Interiors only covers the shipping cost for faulty products.

    Step Two

    Please pack and return your item in its original unused condition. All returns are your responsibility until they reach Sarah Louise Interiors.

    Faulty Items

    If you receive damaged goods please email us a photograph and request either a refund or an exchange.

    Any faults with the item need to be reported to us within a 2 day period of your delivery.

    Disappointing

    I was disappointed with the experience I had. I felt the imagery that I shared with the designer prior to our call were of better quality than those shared back with me after our call. I had asked particularly for joinery examples for both sides of the fireplace to include space for a TV at one side. I received a snippet of a joinery image that just showed one side of the fireplace and only the bottom half. I also wasn't aware that all the products that would be suggested would be from Sarah Louise Interiors and felt I could have gone in-store and asked some suggestions for coffee table, mirror and light fitting to suit my room at no cost. Finally the email I received after the call was just an email with a number of links to different products within the store and felt at this price point of service I would have gotten something with more thought put into it.
